A gentle dry microsuction procedure. No syringing with water.. We use a video otoscope to take before and after pictures of your ear canal, which we display to you on our screen. If we find no wax to remove, a standard consult of $50 applies. You may be eligible for a rebate on your Private Health Cover if you have extras for Audiology Services. There is no Medicare rebate available for this service unfortunately. Price is per consult, per person, and includes both ears.

Hearing Aids are sent to manufacturer 1 month before warranty expiry. Loaners devices may be available while yours are sent in for a service. Ensure to allow enough time before expiry of warranty. Out of warranty repairs incur costs from the manufacturer which we won't cover. It remains the hearing aid user's responsibility to check end of warranty date, and not rely on reminders from us.
