Comprehensive hearing assessment and discussion for either fully or partially subsidised hearing devices for eligible Pension Card Holders (Blue Card) or a dependent of a pension card holder, DVA Gold Card Holders, or DVA White Card Holders where hearing loss is an accepted condition. Being an independent clinic, there is access to various hearing aid manufacturers to look at options based on preference and lifestyle. For ages 26 and above.

A comprehensive audiological assessment that includes a detailed history, otoscopy, tympanometry, pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, discussion of results, recommendations and report. If you are a Pension card (Blue card) or a DVA card holder please select the 'Adult Hearing Services Program' appointment type.

Adult Hearing Assessment & Device Discussion
This appointment is for adults above 26 years. During this appointment, after a complete hearing test we take the time to understand your lifestyle, hearing challenges, and listening goals, discuss the options for hearing devices, assisstive listening devices, different styles and technology options, and cover pricing, maintenance, and ongoing support. Being an independent clinic, there is access to various hearing aid manufacturers to look at options based on preference and budget. Includes hearing device trial.

Educational Screening Assessment/ Auditory Processing Screening
For children, 4yrs & above. Involves a comprehensive hearing assessment, age appropriate auditory processing screening assessments discussion of results, recommendations for management and report. (Cost: $300)

Auditory Processing - Telehealth
This is a free telehealth consultation with the audiologist to discuss your child's listening and or educational concerns and to explain the tests involved during the auditory processing assessments. This appointment will also assist the audiologist to determine if a screening assessment may suffice for children between 4-7 years.

For children above 9 months. A comprehensive audiology assessment that includes a detailed history, otoscopy, tympanometry, age and developmentally appropriate audiometry, discussion of results and report.

Custom Ear Plugs & Communication Ear Pieces
Customized swim plugs, sleep plugs, for noise protection, musicians' plugs, and communication ear pieces. We also do custom ear plugs for children. The price includes taking ear impressions and a follow-up appointment to ensure a perfect fit. Fee payable at appointment. (Cost: $220 - $350)

Employment Hearing Assessment
This appointment option is for those who require an audiological assessment as part of their pre employment application or checks. Ideal for police, Australian Defence Force personnel, and pilot’s license candidates. Cost of this appointment is $150. There are no medicare rebates available for this appointment.
